What We Do Collect

To provide the service and manage your account, we collect:

• Account information: Email address for authentication and billing
• Usage metrics: Number of transcriptions (for free tier limits), not the content
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details
• Device information: Basic device info for app compatibility and support

AI Processing

Local transcription (Whisper): Audio is transcribed entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to any server.

Text formatting: When you use formatting modes (Professional, Casual, etc.), the transcribed text may be processed by AI to improve formatting. This processing uses your text only and is not stored or used for training.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. Your audio never leaves your device, eliminating the primary privacy risk of voice-to-text applications.

Your Rights
