Mumbl is a desktop application that converts voice recordings to text. The application processes audio locally on your device and may use cloud services for text formatting and account management.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Mumbl, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

Mumbl offers a free tier with limited transcriptions per week and paid plans for unlimited use. Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us at brockthouston@gmail.com if you have concerns.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

Mumbl and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in transcription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
